Policies and Information
1. Tuition is due the first lesson of each month. Tuition is the same every month
regardless of the number of classes or your attendance.
2. If paying for the full year, tuition is due upon enrollment to receive the 10% discount.
3. There will be a costume deposit for each class of $50.00 due with October tuition.
4. If there is a balance due on the total costume, that payment will be due before
December 20th. If you don't pay on time your costume will not be ordered.
Late orders will be $10.00 extra.
5. Recital fee - the fee this year is $40.00 per family. Plus $5.00 for each extra child. This
fee is due before March 8th. TICKETS for the recital will go on sale in March.
The tickets are $10.00, $5.00 and $3.50 and free tickets in the balcony.
6. The recital this year is Saturday, June 5th, 2010.
7. There will be no refunds on costumes after December 31st. There is no refund of the
recital fee unless you have a serious illness or broken bones. There is no refund for tickets.
8. Bad check? The first time there will be no penalty. The second time, there will be a $20.00 fee.
9. There is a $10.00 late fee for tuition payments 15 days past due. Avoid late fees by paying tuition online.
Rules of the School
These rules apply to both students and visitors.
1. No food or drink of any kind is allowed in the studio, except bottled water. This means in the waiting room as well.
Please take your empty bottles home, or toss in the outside trash bin.
2. No gum.
3. Do not leave children unattended in the waiting room. Visiting children are not allowed to play in any empty studio.
The waiting room should be kept as quiet as is reasonably possible.
4. We will try to keep the lost and found as best as possible, but we are not responsible for your lost items.
Put your name in your shoes!!
5. Students should wear proper dance attire to class. Pull long hair in a ponytail or bun.
No jewelry should be worn to class, except small earrings and/or wedding rings.
6. NO diapers in the studio trash cans. Take them outside please.
With the exception of Spring Break, we do not take off for school holidays such as teacher meetings or professional days.
If the schools close for bad weather, we also close. If you are unsure, check out the website.
